This form typically includes information such as the purpose of the trip, desired dates, destination, budget, and any specific requirements or preferences. By providing this information you help our team understand your needs and preferences, enabling us to create a tailored travel plan that meets the travellers expectations.

Stamps BDA offers the client a blind quote based on the details provided in the Client Request Form. This quote typically includes estimated costs for transportation, accommodation, activities, and other related expenses for the planned trip. A blind quote allows the client to get an idea of the potential costs involved in the trip without committing to any specific arrangements. This helps the client make an informed decision about moving forward with the travel planning process
If the client, decides to move forward with booking the trip, Stamps BDA will issue an invoice for a one-time upfront Administration Fee. The cost of this fee will depend on the selected package and may also vary for Book & Plan packages, which incur a per-person fee. This Administration Fee covers the costs associated with coordinating and planning the trip, including research, booking accommodations and activities, and arranging transportation. Once the Administration Fee is paid our team will continue to work on finalizing the details of the trip in collaboration with the client.

After receiving payment from all travellers for the trip, Stamps BDA will create a customized proposal for the clients. This proposal will include various options and selections based on the preferences and requirements of the clients. The proposal will provide detailed information on accommodations, activities, dining options, and other details relevant to the trip. The customized proposal will be dispatched to the clients within 3-5 business days after payment has been received. Clients can review the proposal and make selections based on their preferences for the trip.
After clients have received and reviewed the customized proposal and made their selections, they will be billed accordingly. The billing will be based on the selections made by the clients and the total trip cost.
For clients who opt for a payment plan, a 5% fee on the total trip cost will be applied. This fee is payable along with the first installment of the trip cost. The payment plan allows clients to spread out the cost of the trip over multiple installments, making it more manageable for them to pay for their adventure.
The billing process ensures that clients are charged accurately for their selections and allows them to choose a payment option that works best for them. The 5% fee applied to the total trip cost for clients opting for a payment plan helps cover the additional administrative costs associated with managing a payment plan.
